Redrow homes often have a slightly more polished, design-led feel than the average new build, so when people move in they usually want the television side done to the same standard. That is where I come in. I am Geoff Price, and I carry out neat, practical aerial and TV installation work across Devon for people who want everything working properly from the start rather than living with a temporary setup for six months.
On the Exeter side, St Michael’s Meadow in Alphington is one of the current Redrow developments that stands out locally, while Redrow is also actively selling at Blundell’s Grange in Tiverton. Those are the sort of homes where buyers often want more than a basic feed into one room. It may be a proper new aerial, a Freesat dish, a loft aerial with power added where the signal allows, extra signal points upstairs, or a clean wall-mounted TV with everything tuned and ready before the house really settles down.

TV aerial work that suits a Redrow home properly
Sometimes the best answer is simple. A strong Freeview aerial, one lounge point, one bedroom point and tidy tuning may be all you need. On other Redrow jobs, the owners know from the beginning that they want something more complete: Freesat in the main room, a second room connected for the children or guests, and a discreet installation that does not leave trailing wires or obvious afterthoughts.
I also help with signal points in studies, kitchens and garden rooms, which can make a big difference in larger family houses. If a loft aerial is the right answer, I will say so, but I do not force that option where an external aerial will simply work better. The important thing is getting a reliable result and a tidy finish rather than choosing equipment because it sounds convenient.
Freesat, TV wall mounting and home cinema setups
Quite a few Redrow buyers want the lounge to feel finished early on. That may mean fitting a Freesat dish for dependable reception, wall mounting the main television, or putting together a simple home cinema installation with a soundbar, discreet cabling and the right feeds in the right places. Doing that before every piece of furniture is fixed in place usually makes life much easier.

Local experience for Redrow Homes TV aerials in Devon
Reception can vary more than people expect, even on a modern development. A home in Alphington does not always want exactly the same solution as one on the Tiverton side, and room position can matter almost as much as postcode. That is why I prefer to test, advise and then install, rather than assume one approach works everywhere.
If your Redrow move is bringing you closer to East Devon or the coast, you may also want to look at my Exmouth Aerials page. Either way, I carry out the work myself and keep it calm, tidy and straightforward.
