We have a caravan in East Devon and for the past 3 years have put up with a horrible tv signal with an indoor aerial. I found Geoff online and he has transformed our tv viewing with the installation of a proper aerial. He is a lovely chap, very professional and highly efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Geoff came and removed our precariously balanced aerial which had been damaged in the recent storms. He did it in the dark with minimum about of fuss and made our chimney nice and safe. A really friendly guy and professional tradesman who I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if we had a problem.
I called Aerial Installations because I had a really confusing problem with a TV & a replacement TV not communicating with my wi-fi. Will & Geoff were a breath of fresh air, they worked hard to get to the root of the problem & offered me invaluable advice. I would highly recommend them, without hesitatition.

Geoff came out quickly to install a new satellite dish and set Sky TV up when we moved house last year. He set up the new dish perfectly, was very helpful and gave good advice about TV aerials etc. The type of professional who goes above and beyond.

Absolute top bloke, had a consultation with Geoff a couple of weeks ago, he went into all the options in great detail and we arranged a visit, arrived yesterday bang on time~ had a quick chat then off to loft to do check out options, gave us a couple of scenarios and we were guided by the easier option for us all. Left him to work his magic and within no time a new installation cured our issues with 100’s of new channels too, even managed to sort out cat cables /sky issue. I lost my TV reception on Thursday 3 October 2013 and made the mistake of contacting a rival of Aerial Installations. Following 3 failed attempts by the original company to make a successful call I telephoned Geoff on 8 October 2013. He originally said that he would not be able to call until the following day. ★★★★★ Having just moved into a house I found a poor TV signal despite two aerials on the house and some complex boosters etc. Geoff was excellent – rapidly diagnosed that a previous aerial engineer presumably employed by the previous owners had wrongly connected things up (and indeed installed an extra aerial which wouldn’t have been needed if the previous engineer had done things properly), and within 10 minutes had sorted me out and I have a fantastic signal. On looking around he decided the only site for the dish was on the front of my property as there were a lot of trees around, I was a bit apprehensive as I thought it would be an eyesore, but Geoff installed it in such a fashion that it hardly notices, when he had completed the installation he then proceeded to show me how to use the handset for my freesat box. As I am 81 years old it takes a time to take things in, Geoff was very patient and I listened very carefully, it may take a little while to get the hang of it but I will in time. ★★★★★ I didn’t think terrestrial TV was going to be an option as the aerial and booster in my new bungalow’s loft was giving very poor reception (and being a new build it precluded the mounting of an aerial on the roof.) However, Geoff visited and installed a different kind of aerial and now the reception is now fine. It’s been a couple of days now, but Geoff stated that if it should turn out to require further tweaking/boosting then he would pop round and do this at no extra charge.
