What is included in a TV set up visit?

Tuning channels and sorting reception

If channels are missing, in the wrong order or not storing properly, I can retune the TV or box, check the signal, and make sure the system is locking on to the right source. Sometimes there is a simple tuning issue; sometimes there is a fault in the aerial feed that also needs attention.

Smart TV and internet connection

We can connect the television to your broadband, check software updates, sign in to the main streaming services and make sure the remote is doing what it should. If you have been putting off using the smart features because they seem complicated, I am very happy to talk you through them clearly.

Additional TV and satellite viewing points

If you want TV in another room, we can advise on extra viewing points and the best way to feed them. In some homes that is straightforward. In others, it takes a bit more planning to keep the job neat and preserve signal quality. Either way, we will tell you the best options honestly.

Help for older customers and busy families

Quite a few of our Exmouth customers call us because a relative has a new TV and wants it set up properly without the stress. Others are busy families who simply want the job done.
