TV Installations in Exmouth

TV installation and smart TV setup in Exmouth

If you have bought a new television and want it installed properly, I can help. Our TV installations in Exmouth cover everything from straightforward lounge setups to wall mounting, soundbar connection, home cinema wiring and getting all the devices talking to one another properly. My son Will and I do this work regularly, and we know how much difference a neat, well-planned installation makes.

A lot of customers have the television itself, but do not want the hassle of unpacking it, lifting it, tuning it, connecting the aerial or satellite feed, sorting streaming apps, and then trying to hide all the wires afterwards. That is exactly the sort of job we are happy to take care of.

Wall mounting and neat cable work

Wall mounting is one of our most requested services. I make sure the bracket is suitable, the position works for viewing, and the cables are run as neatly as possible. Every room is different, so I always consider the wall type, fireplace position, power sockets, viewing height and where connected devices will sit.

Some customers simply want the television mounted securely with the visible wiring kept tidy. Others want a cleaner finish with careful routing for the aerial lead, HDMI cables, soundbar lead and power. Either way, I take time to make it look right as well as work properly.

Used Geoff and Will as I read great reviews. They are well deserved. Great team. Came out the same day and were polite and efficient and sorted our new television. Which was a challenge. Will was patient and solved all issues. Would definitely use again if needed. Thankyou.

Home cinema, soundbars and extra equipment

Soundbars and audio wiring

A modern television setup often includes more than just the TV. We can connect soundbars, speakers and simple home audio systems, and we are happy to help customers understand how to use them afterwards. If you want the sound to improve without cluttering the room, I can usually suggest a tidy, practical arrangement.

Boxes, apps and streaming services

If you have a Freesat box, Freeview recorder, streaming stick or games console, we can connect those at the same visit. We also help with smart TV setup, getting the television onto the internet, signing into the main apps and making sure the channels and inputs are easy to find. There is more detail on our smart TV installation page if that is especially relevant to you.

Friendly help for all kinds of customers

Some customers want everything done quickly and simply. Others want me to explain every step so they feel confident using the new system afterwards. I am very happy to do either. I know that a new TV can feel surprisingly complicated once apps, remotes, updates and different sources come into the picture, so I always try to leave people feeling reassured rather than overwhelmed.

Because we are local to Exmouth, we also regularly combine TV installation with signal checks, aerial work and extra viewing points where needed. That saves customers from having to juggle multiple trades.

★★★★★Amazing! Came around when he said he would. Gave us many options on what can be done and what would be best. 100% recommend. 👍

We have a caravan in East Devon and for the past 3 years have put up with a horrible tv signal with an indoor aerial. I found Geoff online and he has transformed our tv viewing with the installation of a proper aerial. He is a lovely chap, very professional and highly efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
