This is another development covered by my broader 3West Group aerial installer page, but The Paddock stands apart. 3West describes it as a limited collection of just four homes on the edge of Rockbeare, with a stronger specification that includes landscaped gardens, EV charging and garages with power and lighting. In a house like that, the TV setup wants to feel properly considered too.

Rockbeare jobs are often about finish as much as function
At a scheme like The Paddock, the room layout and the finish matter just as much as the reception. That means screen height, wall position, cable route and extra-room planning all deserve a bit more thought. Rockbeare sits in the wider Exeter-side area, so my Exeter aerials page is the nearest general guide if you want broader local coverage as well as this development-specific page.
That does not mean overcomplicating it. Quite often the best result is simply a very clean one: dependable signal, a television mounted where it belongs, bedroom or study points added sensibly, and the whole thing tuned and tested so nobody has to fiddle with it later. Where customers do want something more involved, I also help with home cinema installations that keep a room elegant rather than cluttered.
Premium homes deserve something tidier than a standard rush job

Although Rockbeare is a quieter village location, the same straightforward style runs through the work I do on my Exmouth Aerials page too: tidy workmanship, sensible recommendations and no nonsense. If you also need the screen and furniture side finished off elsewhere, I can help with wider TV installations in Exeter.
