A good fit for modern family homes in East Devon
What I like about 3West homes is that many of them are clearly designed for everyday living rather than just brochure photos. At Goodmores, for example, there is a real sense of a growing community, and the specification is already fairly strong. That often means the television setup needs to keep up. Customers do not just want “a signal somewhere”. They want the lounge arranged properly, the master bedroom connected if needed, and the whole thing to look as though it belongs in the house.
On a smaller site such as The Paddock in Rockbeare, the feel is a bit different again. Those homes lean more towards the premium end, so the finish matters even more. In that kind of property, visible cables, poorly placed points or a rushed dish installation can look out of place very quickly. A careful approach makes a big difference.
