Not only was the job thoroughly accomplished, he was more than willing to explain what was happening at every stage of the process (some of which was above my pay grade). Geoff came out immediately and provided an excellent service not only as an ariel fitter and engineer but took great care with my 86 year young mum to ensure she had understood everything. None of the TV’s in my house were picking up a signal, which Geoff managed to resolve without trouble. The thing that stood out for us, is that Geoff took the time to explain how he resolved the issue and what had caused it. ★★★★★ I didn’t think terrestrial TV was going to be an option as the aerial and booster in my new bungalow’s loft was giving very poor reception (and being a new build it precluded the mounting of an aerial on the roof.) However, Geoff visited and installed a different kind of aerial and now the reception is now fine. It’s been a couple of days now, but Geoff stated that if it should turn out to require further tweaking/boosting then he would pop round and do this at no extra charge.

She was very impressed with how tidily he fixed the new cables and generally did the work and reports that the picture is now ‘amazing’ (as it’s an oldish tv – that’s very good). He telephoned me when at the property to advise what was required and agree the work.

Spent well over an hour here, knows exactly what he’s doing, explains everything, very polite, friendly. Paid £100 for new aerial and amp kit, but including the fantastic service feel this is a very fair price. Geoff is one of the friendliest, most efficient and decent tradesman I’ve ever encountered. He sorted my freesat dish, signal issues and cabling, explaining things as he went, leaving me with perfect signals on my Humax box and TV. I didn’t realise what I was missing until I had it restored – not just the picture but my trust in people to do a great job. A super friendly and funny guy too – I can’t recommend his services enough.
